Jeremy Miller is a technical founder, AI builder, cybersecurity executive, and former U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret with more than two decades of experience turning complicated business problems into working technology.

Long before generative AI, I was building software and data-driven businesses — including Investway/MyCastle, Appeal Taxes Now, and ultimately Lionfish Cyber Security. That meant doing the hard version: defining the problem, designing the system, assembling technical teams, working through databases and integrations, getting products into customers' hands, selling them, supporting them, and figuring out what actually worked.

AI changed the speed. It didn't create the experience.

Today, I use frontier AI models and AI-assisted development to architect and build applications across cybersecurity, compliance, business intelligence, training, government contracting, real estate, sales, and business operations. My portfolio includes AI-powered compliance platforms, multi-agent systems, cybersecurity intelligence tools, policy-generation systems, AI training platforms, business operating systems, sales intelligence tools, and workflow automation.

As Founder and CEO of Lionfish Cyber Security, I led the development and commercialization of the Cyber Tackle Box™, a cybersecurity GRC, compliance, training, and workforce platform supporting organizations working across CMMC, NIST 800-171, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.

But I've also been on the other side of the technology.

I've sold the engagement. Built the partner channel. Trained MSPs. Worked with cybersecurity professionals and auditors. Led software teams. Developed workforce programs. Built recurring-revenue models. Worked with government, education, defense, and private-sector organizations. And I've had to make technology produce an actual business outcome — not just an impressive demo.

That's the difference behind Fractional Intelligence AI.

I don't approach AI as a collection of tools looking for somewhere to be installed. I start with the business: Where is the friction? Where is the knowledge trapped? What is consuming people's time? What should be automated? What still requires human judgment? Where can AI create measurable leverage?

Then we determine what should be built, bought, integrated, automated — or left alone.
